The Claims Officer has assigned points to Eligible Claims.
The Claims Administrator filed on July 14, 2026, an affidavit to the Court seeking authorization to make Distributions to Eligible Claimants, Provincial Health Insurers, and all other related parties.
Class Counsel will file a Motion to the Court seeking same and to address other outstanding matters to allow payments to proceed. We are awaiting a Hearing Date to be determined. We will update this website once the Distribution Hearing date is set. Unfortunately, we do not have a timeline as of July 17, 2026.
