UPDATE AS OF August 25, 2026

We have just received confirmation that a Distribution Hearing will be held on Thursday, September 8, 2026. Time has yet to be confirmed.

We will update this website once the Distribution Hearing details are provided by the Court so Class Members and Eligible Claimants may attend the Hearing. We anticipate that information will be provided in the first week of September 2026.

Class Counsel is currently preparing Motions to be submitted to the Court seeking authorization to make Distributions to Eligible Claimants, Provincial Health Insurers, and all other related parties.
